In the futuristic city of Shinjimae, New Neo Japan, monsters known as “Twilights” try to take control. It’s up to hunters like the beautiful Arika to save us from these horrors. Well, at least she’s trying to save us…for a price.
“Arika Twilight Hunter” is a brand new comic by artist Alex Rhys. HEAVILY influenced by 80’s and 90’s anime like Akira, Iria: Zeiram The Animation, and Angel Cop. This book was a labor of love for all those old movies and OVAs that had me drawing big tits when I was way too young.
Volume 1.5 includes two 12-page chapters, with robots, psychics, and space elves.

You really nailed the OVA feel with this, in visuals and dialogue! It felt like watching two episodes of something like Bubblegum Crisis. The core cast is really fun too. I hope I'll get to see Arika again sometime!
